Getting started

Do I need to register to reply to quotes?

NO! The link in the email invitation from the buyer serves as your passport to the bid sheet, identifying you and granting you access to it.

How do I save my work?

Your work is automatically saved, so you do not need to worry about losing progress. Once your bid is complete, you can submit it to the buyer. 

Quoting

How can I view and respond to RFQs?

For each event, the buyer will send you an email invite which contains a link to access your digital bid sheet. Once you fill in the required details and press sent, voila! Your submission is complete.

What information should I include in my bid?

Fields highlighted in yellow signify the details that the buyer desires from you. It's important to note that all fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

How will I be notified if there are updates or changes to the RFQ?

You'll be notified by the buyer via email if there are any updates or revisions to the RFQ.

What is the deadline for submitting bids?

The email invitation will clearly specify the deadline for bid submissions. Should the deadline draw near and your bid remains absent, fret not - a gentle reminder will be sent your way.

Can I submit multiple bids for the same RFQ?

Feel free to modify your bid at any time while the request is still open. You can be do so by reopening your answer.

You may also be asked by the supplier to add some information.

How do I communicate that I am not interested?

With just one click, the email invitation gives you the ability to politely decline without any hassle.

What currencies can I quote in?

Any currency that is available in the currency field can be used to quote. 

How do I enter prices?

Price fields require both the currency and the amount for a valid entry.

 

Mass editing via excel

Can I fill out the bid sheet via excel?

Yes it is possible for any item level information.

Just press "work with excel" on any quote sheet and follow the instructions.

Evaluation

Are there any terms and conditions I need to be aware of?

Previously defined terms and conditions apply. Bid specific terms and conditions will be mentioned on the bid sheet. 

What is the evaluation and selection process?

The information you provide will be the deciding factor for buyers when evaluating your bid. Make sure to provide all information in your submission.

Where can I ask questions or seek clarification during the bidding process?

Clear communication is crucial for accurate and competitive bids. Suppliers are encouraged to ask questions and seek clarification during the bidding process by contacting the buyer mentioned in the invitation email directly.

How can I get technical support?
