How does wantex work?
The buyer will send you an email invite which contains a link to access the event in wantex. You are asked to provide at minimum the mandatory information marked in yellow. wantex makes it easy for you to provide the required information. Use our AI to transform any quote from PDF into the required format or complete the quote sheet using excel.
For commercial questions, you can reply to the invite email to reach the buyer.

How much does it cost?
wantex is completely free of charge for the supplier.
Is it secure?
wantex develops exclusively in Zürich/Switzerland and operates based on the Swiss values of privacy and trust. We run thorough enterprise level compliance checks with every client to ensure a safe collaboration environment for supplier and buyer. All data is hosted on servers in Germany and Switzerland. We use Microsoft Azure and Neo4J as our trusted hosting and database providers. Our datacenters are ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO/IEC 27018 certified. Do I need to register or login?
NO! The link in the email invitation from the buyer serves as your passport to the bid sheet, identifying you and granting you access to it.
How to work with excel?

1 Download the quote sheet
2 Fill out excel
- fill in value in required columns (*)
- do not add rows or columns or hide any
3 Paste excel content to platform
- Copy the excel table content, without the column headers into your clipboard.
- Select the whole wantex quote sheet with Ctrl + A
- Paste your information with CTRL + V
4 Validate your bid content
- Check if everything was pasted correctly
5 Submit
Can I later change my answer?
Feel free to modify your answer at any time while the request is still open. You can be do so by reopening your answer and submitting it again. The buyer will be informed about your update.
Where is the save button?
Your work is automatically saved, so you do not need to worry about losing progress. Feel free to leave the page and come back later.
What is the deadline for submitting bids?
The email invitation will clearly specify the deadline for bid submissions. Also the deadline is highlighted on the collaboration page. Should the deadline draw near and your bid remains absent, fret not - a gentle reminder will be sent your way.
How do I make sure I receive all email from wantex?
To prevent emails erroneously being flagged as spam. Follow the instructions here: www.wantex.io/whitelist-email
